Pr. Of French Belle Epoque Period Chairs With Distressed Finish

Presenting for sale a pair of petite French Belle Epoque period chairs with a distressed blanc de plomb finish. The arched frame is rope carved and crested with a cartouche. Serpentine scrolled stiles continue down to a round padded seat and the chairs are supported on tapered legs with toupee feet. The chairs are upholstered in a soft blue velvet that shows some wear and fading, re-upholstery is recommended.

The chairs are in good condition with a nice aged patina, wonderful for a small area, they are sturdy and quite comfortable even though they are small in size.
