19th C. English Hand Painted Cup and Saucer by Alcock
Offered for sale is this excellent mid early 19th century hand painted English cup and saucer with French handle and fluted edge and lobed saucer, attributed to Alcock, circa 1840-1848. The set is enameled in a pink ribbon banding embellished with gilt drapery and glorious botanicals. The set is in excellent condition.
Size of cup 2 ½" Height, size of saucer 5 ¾" Diameter.
