19th C. Paris Porcelain Hand Painted Rococo Box
A very unusual 19th century Paris Porcelain tall storage box in the Rococo manner with cover decorated in gilt highlights with canted corners and bas-relief design. The lid features the reclining figure of a Moroccan princess perched on pillows; a whimsical piece very decorative and beautifully embellished. The box is in excellent condition with little to no age related paint or gilt loss.
