Pr. of Louis XV Giltwood Footstools By Eugene Dienst, Paris

Presented for sale by is a rare pair of matched giltwood footstools of serpentine form with stuffed seats over hand carved cabriole legs in the Louis XV manner, circa last quarter of the 19th century. The bottom is stamped Ameublements/E. Dienst & Fils/Paris/Rue Du FBG St. Antoine.

The stools are in very good condition with some wear to the gilded finish and upholstery.

Size: 8" Height by 13" Width by 10" Depth.
