French Diamond Quilted Cut Crystal Center Bowl Mounted In Dore Bronze Frame

We present a large and exquisite French diamond-quilted, cut-crystal, center bowl mounted in a Rococo bronze doré frame. The piece is attributed to Baccarat and epitomizes the quality and elegance for which this French glass house is known.

The heavy crystal bowl is cut in a diamond quilted pattern with a channeled edge, boat shaped and encased in a finely detailed bronze frame which has been stepped up with a doré finish. The bowl would be exceptional for the center of a table or sideboard; a piece worthy of the serious collector.

The center bowl is in excellent condition, no breaks, chips, or repairs. The edging is slightly and charmingly asymmetrical with a slight aged patina to the bronze.
