HIGHLY COLLECTIBLE ANTIQUE POTTERY from Charente (Southwestern France)
Rare Old French walnut oil jar with its irregular lines, dating around 1850s, comes from a village of Charente, in the Cognac area. In the 1800's, people used this pottery to keep walnut oil (Many walnut trees in this area). No cracks, a chip at the top part. Our prices are very reasonable because we buy directly in France. We ship from Texas (not from France)!
