Hand Painted Limoges Porcelain Plate- Bawo & Dotter

This is a lovely hand painted Limoges porcelain plate showing the green under-glaze "Elite L France" mark for Bawo & Dotter after 1900 and the over-glaze, importing mark in red for Pitkin & Brooks the Chicago based retailer [early 1900 to 1914]. Beautiful and skillfully painted flowers and foliage with gold rim and signed "L. Bart" Measures 6¼" in diameter. Great condition with no chips, cracks or scratches.
