The vintage patina on this early 1900's necklace is amazing. It presents a warm, rich shade of cream color and is in excellant condition.
The length is approximately 32 inches and consists of graduating size beads, the largest being 1.3cm. There is a hidden clasp which, for some reason, I was not able to unscrew. Since it easily slips over your head this is not a problem. The beads are strung on heavy cord which appears in good condition. The weight of the necklace is 60gms.
The beads are in great shape and display the Haversian Pits which are typical of ox bone. There are no nicks or cracks to any of the beads.
This lovely necklace is perfect for any occasion and any attire.
