This is a wonderful black cocktail wiggle dress designed by Frances Prisco for Ted Brown, probably during the early 60s. The dress is made in a form fitting above the knee cocktail length with marabou feather trim along the hemline and black beading sparingly positioned towards the bottom of the dress. The beads are black glass while the larger drops are black plastic. The dress is sleeveless with a squared neckline at the front and a low scoop at the back. The dress does up the back with a metal zipper. It is fully lined in a black rayon fabric.
