1960's Evan Picone Mohair Blend Beaded Cardigan S

This is an original 1960's Evan Picone beaded sweater. The design features beautiful, three-dimensional, fully beaded flowers and leaves in pastel blue, mint green, yellow and pink glass seed and bugle beads, with faux pearls. We love how the pearls are attached to the end of the bugle beads as if they were buds of flowers waiting to bloom! The creamy white sweater has scalloped trim on all its edges, and round yarn covered buttons. It has raglan shoulders, three quarter length sleeves, and is lined in white satin.

Made of a chunky soft thick knit that, according to the label, is 75% wool and 25% mohair. The label says "Original Design by Evan-Picone, Made in British Crown Colony of Hong Kong.

It is clean and in excellent condition.

About a size Small: the tag says size 36. The bust actually measures 34 inches, the waist is 30, the sleeves are 25 inches measured from the edge of the neckline, and the length is 24 inches.
