Mr Dino 60's Psychedelic Wave Print Jersey Dress M
This is a fabulous collectible late 1960's dress by Mr. Dino! Mr Dino was actually Max Cohen who was a contemporary of Emilio Pucci's and who invented his own machine to silkscreen his designs onto fabric. His garments were made of fluid jersey in modern prints that did not wrinkle and traveled well.
This dress is a sleeveless shift in jersey knit polyester featuring a long attached scarf at the neckline that ends in soft white fringe. It has a border print at the hem, and closes with a nylon zipper in the back.
The colors are light blues and greens with cream and purple, the pattern is an abstract psychedelic wave or ocean inspired print.
The Mr Dino signature can be found in the fabric on the skirt. The label says "Mr Dino, New York, Paris, Florence, Hand Wash Only, size 8."
It is in excellent clean condition.
Not a modern size 8, we would call this a Medium. The bust measures 38 inches, the waist is 36, the hips are 38, the length is 37 inches.
