Monumental Roseville Pottery Blackberry Vase #577-10, Ca. 1932, Value Item!

Roseville's Blackberry, a highly desirable middle period line introduced in 1932 under Frank Ferrell's direction, features a collar of woody vines and autumn toned foliage adorned with dark, delicate blackberries set against a green bark-like background.

This substantial Roseville Blackberry corseted vase #577-10 features crisp mold and bright coloring. There has been a professional restoration to several areas on this piece, the details of which are unknown, but is completely intact. You'll notice swipe marks at the interior rim, exterior mid point and below the waistline on one side where the prior owner attempted to clean the piece with acetone, which revealed the restoration and resulted in the marks. The piece remains impressive and displays beautifully, and is the perfect opportunity to own high-end Roseville at a bargain price!

There is the #5 in blue ink on the otherwise unmarked base. Guaranteed to be original, vintage Roseville Pottery.

H 10.25", W 7", rim 6.5", base 4".
