Weller Pottery “Tivoli” Bowl w/Bonus, Ca. 1920

The Weller Pottery of Zanesville was one of the most prolific of the Ohio Potteries, creating lines ranging from high-end art ware to functional commercial ware.

A hard to find middle period line which references lines both preceding (Pearl) and following it (Zona), Tivoli features a richly detailed polychrome floral border banded in black against a glossy ivory ground. We're including a bonus black glazed 8-hole flower block, likely produced by Peters & Reed during the same period.

This elegant Weller Tivoli bowl is in very good condition, free from chipping or cracking, with faint crazing and a repair to some minor glaze flaking at the underside rim edge that is difficult to detect.

Marked at the base with die-impressed "WELLER".
