Roseville's elegant Primrose, a somewhat scarce middle period line introduced in 1936 under Frank Ferrell's direction, features dainty white disc-shaped blooms reaching to the rim, atop slender arcing stems set into clusters of variegated leaves.

This stunning and hard to find Roseville Primrose pillow vase #765-8 is rich with Art Deco touches from it artfully peaked rim to the low-set stepped handles.
Condition is very good, with a hard to notice chip to the "elbow" of one handle and overall crazing, otherwise free from chipping, cracking or restoration.
Marked with die-impressed "Roseville 765-8".
H 8.5", W 3", L 7.75", rim 2.25" x 5.25", base 2.75" x 5".
