Roseville's late period Bleeding Heart, introduced in 1940, features a downward spray of sweet pink blooms sheltered beneath a grouping of large mottled leaves against a smooth matte ground of "Sea Blue", Leaf Green" or "Garden Red".

This superlative Roseville Bleeding Heart rose bowl #378-6 in "Garden Red" – a subtle blending of soft pink to deep rose - features elegant Art Deco stepped handles and a dramatic six-point rim, with exceptional mold and color.

Condition is superb and unblemished, free from chipping, cracking, crazing or restoration.

Marked at the base with molded raised-relief "Roseville U.S.A. 378-6".

H 6.25", W 9", rim 5.75", base 3.25".
