Following on the heels of their successful Martele' Art Glass ware, Consolidated introduced in 1927 what would prove to be its most profitable art ware line - Catalonian. Consolidated advertised the Catalonian line as "A replica of 17th century glass made in the province of Catalonia, Spain. This old glass was noted for its hand-finish, it's unique design and for the myriad of scintillating bubbles diffused throughout the glass". Indeed, this patented, hand-wrought line is noted for its distinctive and intentional bubbles, blisters and inclusions within the glass, and was, in its day, Consolidated's best selling art ware line.

These lovely Catalonian candlesticks with amethyst wash are in excellent condition, free from chipping or cracking, with minimal color loss.

Unmarked, but guaranteed to be authentic, vintage Consolidated Catalonian glass.

Each H 3", W 2.5", base 4.75".
