Roseville Pottery Columbine Bowl #405-12, Frost Blue Ca. 1941
One of three patterns Introduced in 1941, this line from Roseville's late period features a restrained rendering of blooms and buds accented with variegated leaves on a smooth matte ground.
This marvelous Roseville Columbine bowl #405-12, in Frost Blue with yellow and green floral motif is a Deco lovers dream, with graceful, flaring oval body accented with dramatic stepped and buttressed wing-like handles.
Condition is excellent, with superb mold and color, free from chipping, cracking or restoration, with minor factory glaze skips and roughness on the rim edge to report.
Marked at the base with molded raised-relief "Roseville U.S.A. 405-12".
H 4", W 7.5", L 12.75", base 6" x 4.5".
