Neat old Pope John XXIII Collectors Medal. This medal comes in it's original plastic case. The coin is MINT Condition. The case is in excellent condition. We left the old owners card in it from when it was originally purchased. The coin/medal is large and measures almost 2" across. The case is 4 1/2" Tall and 3" Wide. I do not know what type of metal it is made out of. Feels heavy. This made in the USA and marked as such.
