Antique Haviland Limoges Plate Fruit Saxe Pallandre
Fruit Saxe
This pattern was designed for Haviland by the famous Henri Pallandre in the 1870's and 80's. Pallandre was inspired by 18th century Meissen and Dresden porcelains and their decor.
This lovely antique plate features a fruit design in the center along with a butterfly. This design is framed with ivy branches forming a border - all on the basket weave blank.
Back stamp is shown and dates this plate to the late 1800's.
This Haviland Limoges plate is in very good condition with no chips or cracks or crazing and measures 7 3/8 inches across.
