Remarkable Modernist Bronze Nude Torso Sculpture
This sculpture is one of a pair, both the same size and material but different in form. The woman's torso is very suggestive and voluptuous. It is made of bronze with an applied patina. The sculpture has no base and is closed at the bottom. I believe it to have a hollow core. There is no base. The sculpture sits flat on any surface and is very stable. There is no signature or foundry mark. The condition is very good with just some very minor abrasions which show the lighter bronze through.
The sculpture measures 11" by 6" by 4". The sculpture is very visually pleasing and graphic. It will do well on a pedestal or elevated spot!
