What a find! A small birding book, ready to take in the field, from a time when there were a lot more fields in the US than today! These kinds of early ornithology books are sought after by birding enthusiasts and scientists alike as they very likely have now extinct birds in them like the Carolina Paroquet, which according to this volume is already almost extinct in 1913.
Book is in fair condition, the spine is loose and flaky and there are loose pages, mostly in the front of the book. Otherwise pages are clear and all present. No odor. Measures 51/2” by 31/2”. There are 238 pages.
