This 15" French Fashion has early almond shape cobalt paperweight eyes, pale bisque, delicate face painting and blush, pale pink mouth with darker outline, multi-stroke tan brows, black painted upper & lower lashes. She has flat molded ears with pierced in holes for earrings, swivel head on matching plate. I see no markings. It looks like the leather has never been pulled away from the plate and it may conceal incised marks. The head is free of rubs, hairlines , chips or cracks. I note : she has several small black dots of firing debris here and there as shown and a pale paint wash miss on the back of her neck The body a firm and shapely gusseted leather body with large derriere, small waist and firm shapely legs. The body is welted in a curved V below the waist and down to the crotch. Arms are shapely with gussets at the elbow and individual wired stitched fingers. The body has toning from age, a small ubiquitous little "wire" hole above the right hand. It is overall in good condition with no leaks, repairs or tears. She still has her cork pate and her blond hair wig wrapped in braids. She wears old brown leather French Fashion boots marked " 2 // Nonpareil // * // Trade Mark". The left boot has a button missing. Her cream silk costume is a vintage custom made creation by a dolly dress maker and has her name label. It is hand sewn and lined through the jacket. It comes with a petticoat, bustle, chemise and pantaloons also from the same maker. The pantaloons, petticoat and chemise have tape ties. The doll is attractive and shows well. She is a desirable model in a nice cabinet size.
