15 In. Antique French SFBJ Toddler Body for Character Doll

I love the SFBJ character dolls, especially those on the fat-belly toddler bodies. My favorite on this type of body is the 252 Pouty. This body will make an approximately 20 inch doll with the correct bisque head. The neck opening measures 1-3/4 inches across. The slant hips are so chubby and cute, and the lower legs are short and stocky with feet that have two up-turned toes and pink on the tops of the feet. The torso has that bulgy fat belly. The back of the torso has the round SFBJ Paris sticker. The arms have jointed wrists and bent elbows (not jointed). The original patina is present on the entire body. Paint peeling has occurred primarily on one hand but some on the fingers of the other. The pink blush is still present on the hands. Other than minimal paint wear at the joints, the body looks great and is certainly a hard one to find when you are looking for it.
