Taken off of a 11 inch antique bisque head baby doll, this beautiful 4 piece long set enhances a tiny character baby doll 10-12 inches long. The soft cotton gown is full of tucks and insertion lace, a vertical lace trim front, as well as a sweet scalloped blue trim at the neck, sleeves, high waist and along the ruffled lower edge. The top slip, also made of soft cotton, has tiny horizontal tucks and inserts and a scalloped cotton trim flounce at the hem. The under-slip is made of wool flannel and it also has a scalloped hem border with tiny embroidered designs. The ruffled bonnet has a stand-up piece around the front edge with attached lace trim and a blue ribbon tie that encases the face. What a dream of an outfit for that tiny baby doll. There are no holes or stains that I can see and the entire outfit is in excellent condition. Measurements: around neck 6 inches; across shoulders 3-1/2 inches; length 17-1/2 inches; around edge of sleeve 3 inches. The bodice and sleeves are in one piece so the shoulder measurements should not be a problem. The slips both have ties on the back so they are flexible.
