MIB UFDC 2009 Atlanta Convention Souvenir Doll by Beverly Walter

Beverly Walter designed the souvenir doll for the 2009 UFDC Convention that was held in Atlanta, Georgia. "Grace" is a beautiful 9 inch fashion-type doll with a porcelain head and limbs and a cloth body. She is dressed beautifully and her ensemble includes a straw hat. Collectors love to sew fashion clothing for this doll and she has movable arms and legs making her easy to fit. She is mint in her original lithographed box with inserts and a white sleeve which was made to protect the box. She is a great doll at a very reasonable price because she will be worth more as years go by. The Jan Foulke series of price guides contains a section under "UFDC" that lists souvenir dolls from the National and Regional Conventions and their values. The dolls are all limited editions and were distributed to convention attendees as souvenirs.
