Antique Doll Corset for Antique Doll, French or German
I have always loved putting doll corsets on my antique dolls, mainly to protect their bodies when they are placed on stands. The old ones are getting hard to find and I only have this one and one other I am placing in my Ruby Lane shop. The corset measures about 9 inches around but of course this is slightly adjustable due to the lacing closure. It measures 4-1/2 inches up and down at the center and approximately 3-1/8 inches under the arms. It is full of boning all the way around. Some aging and slight soiling but overall in excellent condition.
