5 Inch German Half Doll with Extended Arms Holding a Rose
5 inch china or glazed porcelain nude pincushion or half doll with arms away holding a rose with stem. She has a lovely grayish hairdo with molded roses and leaves at each temple. She has a long, slender bodice and well modeled breasts. Her facial features are superbly executed with finely drawn brows, red lines at the eye creases and closed lips. She has very light blushing on her cheeks. Marked at the base with "Depose 5515." The rose she is holding has a rough edge on one of the petals but it does not appear to be chipped.
