This is not your usual 126 model by Kammer & Reinhardt, Germany. She is an outstanding example with the best expression I have seen. Her modeling is superior and her bisque is pale with rosy cheeks. Her flirty eyes work magically to imply the flirtatious and exuberant charm of a three-year-old child. Her wobble tongue and two upper teeth are clearly in sight between her open lips. She has finely feathered brows and upper and lower painted lashes. There are traces of real lashes as well. This sweetheart stands 22-1/2 inches tall. Her chubby slant-hip toddler body is the most desired of the various types of bodies for this cute character mold. Her antique dress is an off-white window-pane designed fabric with ruffled collar and butterfly sleeves. Her two-toned antique German lace up shoes may be original. Dolls with this mold number has been found in old K*R catalogs and in original boxes with the trade name of "My Darling." Most appropriately labeled, don't you think?
