1965 Sony Micro Transistor Television

This little old piece of unique history works and has most of the original accessories with it, the case, the AC cord, the earphone, the manual, the warranty, the final inspection card from the Tokyo factory, “for the best reception” card, the caution card, even an unused chamois to clean the screen.

It has a 5” screen, 3” speaker. At the time was produced it was the world's smallest and lightest (8.4 pounds) television set. For indoor and outdoor use. It could be plugged into the car. It has a telescopic antenna.

Everything is in excellent condition except a few very minor things. A chip where the stand meets the body and a few scratches on the bottom of the case (see the photos). It's missing the external battery and an extension cord that apparently came with it, as per the manual.

Case is 9 ½ x 9 ½ x 6 ½ Television is 8 ¼ x 6 ½ x 4 ½ (including the feet)
