Antique Victorian 14K Gold Sapphire Two Sided Puffy Heart Pendant & Chain
Lovely Antique Victorian 14K yellow gold (acid tested) puffy heart pendant. The heart has a delicately beaded border on both sides. One side has a tiny sapphire blue stone set in an 8 point star, and the other side has a light fine fancy script monogram that looks like "AAG" to me. The heart measures 1" X 3/4" and hangs from an 18" 14K yellow gold (acid tested) chain that closes with an old barrel clasp. In excellent Antique Victorian condition with very light age appropriate wear.
