Pair of Antique spelter or metal figural lamps. Inspired by the 1826 book "The Last of The Mohicans" by James Cooper these two lamps are made from either metal or spelter figures of Cora Munro and Major Heyward. The lamps measure 23" from the top of the finial to the base of the lamp, and weigh approximately 4 lbs. each. The figure of Cora Munro is 11" tall X 5 1/4" at the widest point, and sits on a 6 1/2" X 3" base. The figure of Major Heyward is 11" tall X 5" at the widest point and sits on a 6 1/2" X 3" base. Both lamps have recently wired 6 1/2 foot cords with in line switch. One of the shapes has a very light 3/4" line tear that really does not go all the way thru, and is located in the back of the shape. The figures are in wonderful Antique condition.
