Here is the other barbotine lamp that I have for sale. As i stated in my description for the other one (072607-2) I am not an expert on majolica,and can't give you a lengthy history, I just love ittt. This lamp was purchased at the Brimfield Antique Show at the same time I purchased the first one and has been in my home since, but it's time for a new home. The lamp is approximately 21" round at the widest part, and approximately 8 3/4" tall from the base to where the lamp cap is. The lamp from the base to the top where the harp fits in is 17 3/4". This lamp weighs 5 lbs. 12 oz. and is marked FM Co, for Faience Manufacturing Co., and was the mark used from 1880-1892. It also has the number 174 on the bottom. This lamp does no have as many love dings as the other. I am going to let the pictures tell the rest of the story. I will be more than happy to try and count and measure the dings if you really need me to. I think you will see from the pictures that the dings on this one are few and they do not take away from the beauty of this wonderful ANTIQUE piece at all.
