Wonderful 19th Century Parquetry Dresser/Jewelry Box
This is such a wonderful late 19th Century Dresser Box or Jewelry Box with extra superb parquetry work and it's original blue velvet lining and diamond shaped mirror. The box measures 10 7/8" X 6 6/8" X 4 1/2" tall on the outside. The inside usable space is 8 5/8" long X 4 5/8" wide X 3" deep with a 4 1/2" X 2 1/2" insert tray. All the locking parts are there and I don't think that it would be hard to find a key. This wonderful box is in great vintage condition with only a few scratches and a couple of small rough areas that you really don't notice.
