What a wonderful statement necklace with an Asian theme! It features a simulated jade laughing Buddha as the focal point with gold-tone Chinese coins forming the neck chain. There are more Buddha and pagoda charms dangling on each side. The central dangle measures just under 5" long; dangles at the sides are about 2 1/4" long. Wearable length is about 16 3/4". Marked "Trifari" on the back. Condition is excellent excellent - looks as if it's seen very little wear. This piece appears in “Warman’s Costume Jewelry” by Pamela Y. Wiggins (Krause, 2014) on p. 196.
