Pididdly Links Fame & Fortune Charm Necklace

This whimsical necklace spells out Fame and Fortune with 1930s revival stamped metal components. It also has charms relating to the theme such as a money bag, dancers, stars, musical instruments, champagne bottle, camera, and many more. Some of the charms are embellished with rhinestones or enameling. Marked "Pididdly Links" on one side of the hang tag and "Kingston New York" on the other. The style of the mark is first generation Pididdly Links dating this one to the 1970s. Measures about 24" long. The Academy Award charm front and center measures about 1 1/4" long. Condition is excellent with artificial patina applied to the brass to make it look even older than it is in typical Pididdly Links fashion. Could be cleaned lightly with a polishing cloth if the new owner so desires.
