If you love roses, rhinestones, pearls or Kenneth J. Lane - or maybe all of the above - this is the necklace for you! This heavy, high quality piece features a rhinestone encrusted rose for the clasp and five strands of hand-knotted lustrous simulated pearls with a glass base. Marked "K.J.L." on the back of the rose clasp. Measures a wearable length of about 18" and the clasp is a little over 2 1/2" wide. Condition is excellent with any wear to the pearls being very minor, no stones missing from the large clasp, and no wear to the silver-tone plating. This piece appears in “Warman’s Costume Jewelry” by Pamela Y. Wiggins (Krause, 2014) on p. 153.
