Antique German Heubach Small Dutch Boy Bisque Figurine

A German antique bisque Gebruder Heubach Dutch boy figurine. No chips or hairlines or repairs.

Has an incised Heubach sunburst and the number 74 on the bottom. The circular lines on the chin and nose are molding flaws.

There are paint splatters on him because when someone was painting their interior wall he wasn't removed or covered up. These probably can be removed, I haven't attempted it. He measures 3-1/4" tall.

Looks better in person than in pics.
