This adorable antique Kestner character baby is 12-1/2" tall. Her bisque socket head is outstanding having no hairlines, rubs, chips or repairs. It is incised J.D.K.//257//made in Germany//28. She has painted multi-stroke brows, & painted upper and lower lashes. She has big beautiful glass sleep eyes set on a weighted rocker, accented nostrils, an open/closed mouth with 2 upper teeth, a tongue, painted lips, rosy cheeks and chubby double chin. Her high quality mohair wig is long and curly with a top knot high quality mohair wig.

The five piece jointed composition body in excellent condition.

She is wearing a vintage pink satin baby dress with lace trim, a cotton under shirt with matching panties and a floppy satin hat with a big pink bow. Ca 1910. Cute!
