This piece is referred to as the "green kiss" necklace. The focal of this necklace is an interesting shape that reminds us of an upside down kiss as in the Hershey Kiss candy. The kiss is actually a 19 x 16mm faceted 27 carat prasiolite top-drilled briolette. In addition to the kiss, along the main section of the necklace you will find cultured freshwater pearls, 11mm round South Sea pearl, an assortment of baroque South Sea pearls, faceted topaz and a couple of prasiolite cubes.

The sterling silver chain is oxidized to add depth, definition and interest. Oxidizing is a process that is used to create an effect similar to antiquing or artificially tarnishing metal jewelry. At btwisted we use a variety of patinas on many of our pieces.
