This necklace features faceted briolettes from 6 X 4 mm to 14 X 9 mm with alternating colors of these magnificent fire opals. The briolettes are hand wrapped along a small flat hammered link oxidized sterling silver chain.

The sterling silver chain is oxidized to add depth, definition and interest. Oxidizing is a process that is used to create an effect similar to antiquing or artificially tarnishing metal jewelry. At btwisted we use a variety of patinas on many of our pieces.
