This is a lithographed tin metal Vienna Art Plate. In the Hazelcorn guide to these plates, she is referred to as Marguerite (page 26). The image shows the profile of a lovely long haired lady with a red cap.
It was manufactured by the H.D. Beach Company of Coshocton, Ohio. This was one of the earlier plates (approximately 1906) that was manufactured from two pieces of metal.
The plate measures approximately 10 1/8". The border colors are gold, turquoise, and dark blue. It has the number 5 on the rim, as well as the artist's name of Wagner.
Condition: The plate shows normal age appropriate wear, in the form of some scratches and whitish marks around the center image. It still displays very nicely.
