This is a lithographed tin Vienna Art Plate, manufactured by the Meek Company of Coshocton, Ohio. The company referred to their plates as Dresden Art Plates. This plate is pictured in the Hazelcorn Price Guide to Tin Vienna Art Plates on page 39. They refer to her as Louise, No. 200, and she was manufactured around 1907.
The back has advertising that says in part "Souvenir of the Hotel Majestic, Broad Street and Girard Avenue, Philadelphia." James S. McCartney is shown as the General Manager of the Hotel Majestic.
The border colors are rose, gold, and turquoise. The plate measures approximately 9 5/8".
Condition: The plate shows some crazing and scratches, especially around the edges (primarily at the very bottom edge). The back has some dark stains. I haven't tried to clean or polish the plate.
A nice addition to a tin art plate or advertising collection.
