This is one of ten postcards being listed from the National Girl series by Platinachrome (New York 1906-1907). They are signed by the artist G. Howard Hilder (1866-1935). Each shows the flag of the country they represent and is decorated with glitter. This one is for Belgium. At the lower right is the logo for the publishing company.
