Lion Guarding Gate - Cast Iron Bookends
This is a handsome pair of cast iron bookends depicting a majestic lion guarding a gate. They are done in a gold and green color. I don't see any maker's mark or number on them.

They each measure approximately 5" tall and 6" wide. The pair weighs almost 5 pounds unpacked. They each have green felt on the bottom.
They could use a cleaning, if desired. I note that one of the lions has a tiny hole to the left of his nose, done in the manufacturing (please see photos).
