Cast Iron Bulldog Wall Rack - Key Holder or Leash Hanger
This is a cast iron hanging wall rack in the form of a dog, a bulldog I think. It has two hooks on the front that could be used either to hold keys, or your pet's leash. He's a cute guy.

It measures approximately 7 1/2" high and 6 1/2" wide. It has a sturdy hook on the back for hanging. It weighs 1 lb. 12 oz. unpacked. I don't see any maker's name or number on it.
The metal has some discoloration, as can be seen in the photos, and is smooth to the touch. It's a sturdy piece, with no loose parts.
