It was not mailed and has "Published by Cardinell-Vincent Co., San Francisco" on the back. The company was in business from 1909-1919 and their postcards were printed in Germany. It has a place for a one cent stamp.
I don't see any damage to the postcard, other than light surface wear from handling. I'm listing another one from the same area.
