Vintage Painted Two Sided Crokinole Game Board

A fabulously painted 2 sided game board found in Connecticut. The one side is a very folky painted American Checkers board. The other side is Crokinole game which actually comes in many forms, on this homemade version the paint is bright and the surface is excellent.

This game board is pretty heavy duty being 3" thick and 28 3/4" square. The corners each have a cut out square which we have seen before on table games.

My guess that this make do game board was painted over an older game. This board does not show tons of wear, we would estimate it is from the mid to earlier 20th century.
