Antique Cranberry Satin Glass Lamp, Fenton

This antique satin glass lamp is absolutely gorgeous! The font has daisy and fern opalescent. The collar and fitter are brass and the base is milk glass. This lamp does not have a burner nor a chimney.

I personally think that this lamp would enhance any lamp enthusiast's collection. It is truly outstanding – gorgeous.

The lamp is 9 ¾" tall X 5 ¾" (bulbous part of font) X 5" (across the base). The condition is very good. At some point in time the collar was reset with gesso which is not that unusual for a lamp of this age. I am assuming that at some point in time the original gesso dried out and the collar became loose.

The condition of the lamp is very good. There are no chips, cracks or hairlines, circa 1880-1890's.
