This bow shaped diamond and pearl pendant is elegant and dainty. It has a very graceful look with the bow and the drop fringe. Whoever the designer was for this piece certainly knew what they were doing – extremely unique.
I purchased this piece from my 82 year old friend who received it as a gift from her Mom. The pendant’s center diamond and seed pearls are totally in tact. My friend indicated she always treasured the pendant and only wore it on special occasions.
The chair clasp is stamped 10K. I tested the pendant and it also is 10K. The stone was also tested and is a diamond. The diamond is housed in a four (4) prong setting and weighs approximately 1/16th of a carat.
The pendant is 1” wide (across bow) X 1 ¾” (from the top of the bow to the tip of the fringe). The chain is 14” long. The pendant has been worn. Its condition is very good. Circa 1900-1910.
