I very much like this cruet bottle. It is very classy looking and the etching of the oil and vinegar is a nice touch. The bottle also has an acid etching of a flower and leaves on both sides. The stopper sets the bottle off because of the sterling silver overlay top. The sterling silver is stamped "R. Wallace Sterling W 312" on the rim of the plain silver overlay.
The cruet is 6 ¾" tall (to the top of stopper) X 3 ¼" at the bottom. The pinched middle is 2 1/2". There are no chips, cracks or hairlines. The condition is very good, circa 1910 – 1920.
